: POLICY :
As an artist I have formulated my copyright policy (with much thought) over several years.
I do feel a genuine need to do the 'right thing' - without sacrificing my creative freedom.
So, I have arrived at the conclusion that it is best NOT to let petty copyright concerns stand in
the way of new works - mainly, this is because it's pointless (a waste of everyones time)
to seek licenses for tracks that are never going to do anything commercially.
Please understand that it is my intention to seek licenses when/if it becomes necessary.  
It is hoped that, in the long run, this will benefit all parties concerned.
I do not profit from other artists work,
(indeed, I am yet to profit from my own...and you're welcome to a 100% of nothing,) 
and declare in this policy, to adhere and comply with copyright laws as applicable...
...just as I expect others to do so.

: SAMPLING :
I use samples to create new sounds.
Often it's impossible to trace and credit everything I use.
So, generally...as I have sampled from other works...you may sample from mine.
I have adopted this policy as I feel it helps to enhance the Worlds 'Library of Sounds'.

: OBJECTIONS :
Please contact Lucida Core if you wish to discuss a 
DEMONSTRATED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
The sample/track/art will be removed without question or 
a proportion of rights (generous to you) can be assigned.
