Montage completed March 2006.
Stumbled upon some great pictures of real sunflowers which comprised the first layer.
The theme of the work only became evident towards the end...when I was looking for a special centre piece.
While the association between sunflowers and Vincent Van Gogh is obvious...
...I'm not so sure about the steel bearings and Humber Hawk? :)
Anyway...this is my 'Ode To Van Gogh'.
