PICTURES AT AN EXHIBITION

This image was a major catalyst for SURREAL DIGITAL.
As usual...I had the idea in my head - but wasn't sure if I could render it.
The first attempt (see below) has more pleasing lines...(oval frame)
but fails to convey (or confuses) the critical meaning...
...which is, I hope, clarified in the final version.
So the infinite inset is NOT a mirror...although it's an equally interesting thought?
